International Yoga Day
Angel High School & Jr. College celebrated the International Yoga Day on 21st June 2021 for classes I to X Online, with much fervour and enthusiasm. The “Online Assembly’ and celebration depicted the innumerable benefits of Yoga. Since the theme for the year is ‘Yoga from Home and Yoga with Family’, parents also joined the session with the same excitement and Joy. The excitement of the children was palpable on screen as they geared up to celebrate the International Day of Yoga 2021 in their online classes. Though it was a virtual celebration, it was nevertheless exciting because of it’s novelty. The innumerable benefits of practising Yoga was explained to all the participants. Students displayed their creative side by selecting ‘International Day of Yoga’ as their Screen background. The boundless peace of doing the Asanas was amply visible right from the faces of the students. Let us all join together to mark this day by celebrating from home not only today but everyday.
